摘　　要：根据休闲体育的特点,对休闲体育管理的概念进行了界定,提出了休闲体育管理的特点主要包括管理对象的主体性、管理组织形式的多元性、管理手段方法的非强制性和管理系统边界的模糊性;并据此总结了休闲体育管理的人本性原则、激励性原则、社会性原则和经营性等原则。According to characteristics of leisure sport, this paper defines the concept of leisure sport management, and proposes the characteristics of leisure spoil management, which contains the holistic of management object, diversity of management organization pattems, non - forced of management model and indistinguishable of management system edge; meanwhile the author summarizes the principles of leisure sport management, which are the humanity principles, encouragement principles, socialization principles and management principles.
