摘　　要：阐述了业务流程重组(简称BPR)的概念、必要性及内容,提出了业务流程重组应遵循的原则、方法、步骤,并介绍了业务流程重组应借助的工具。This paper expounds the concept, necessity and contents of the business process reengineering, advances the principles, methods and paths of the business process reengineering, and introduces the tools used in the business process reengineering.
