摘 要:本文用流式细胞测量术(FCM)对30例食管癌患者癌灶的120份样品做了DNA克隆细胞分布分析。结果表明,不同患者癌灶DNA克隆数目分布是不同的。患者癌灶含有1、2、3和4个DNA克隆者的的比率分别为23.3%(7/30例)、40.0%(12/30例)、30.0%(9/30例)和6.7%(2/30例)。不同克隆数患者癌细胞的生物学特性明显不同。患者存活期随肿瘤克隆数增加而逐渐缩短,二者呈良好的负相关(r=-0.9716,r>r0.05);患者死亡率随克隆数的增加而逐渐增高,二者呈明显的正相关(r=0.9653,r>r0.05)。Different clonal cell submpulation was measured on 120 Samples in cancer nests of patients with esophageal carcinoma by now cytometric DNA analysis.The results showed that the distribution of DNA clonal number was different among patients with tumor.The patients containing 1,2,3 and 4 DNA clone accounted for 23.3%(7/30 cases),40.0%(12/30 cases),30.0% (9/30cases)and 6.7%(2/30 cases) respectively.Biological characteristic of tumor cells was signifimptly different in patients with varied DAN clonal number.The survival time of patients was gradually shortened with the increase of clonal number.It showed signifiicantly negative correlation between the survival time and the clonal number (r=-0.9716,r>r 0.05).The death rate of patients was gradually raised with the increase of DNA clonal number.It showed significantly Positive correlation(r=0.9653,r>r0.05).
