摘 要:目的:建立痰咳净散(咖啡因、冰片、桔梗、甘草等)的质量标准。方法:通过TLC对散剂中的桔梗、甘草进行了鉴别研究;同时采用GC同一色谱条件测定散剂中的咖啡因及冰片中的龙脑的含量。结果:定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强;GC法测得的平均加样回收率为:咖啡因97.60%(RSD为0.92%),龙脑102.37%(RSD为1.57%)。结论:方法简便准确、灵敏度高,可作于痰咳净散的质量控制。AIM: To establish the quality standard for Tankejing Powder (caffeine, Borneolum Syntheticum, Radix Platycodonis and Radix et Rhizoma Nardostachyos, etc. ). METHODS: Radix Platycodonis, Radix et Rhizoma Nardostachyos in this medicine were identified by TLC. The contents of caffeine and borneol in borneolum syntheticum were determined by GC with the same chromatographic condition. RESULTS: The study showed that spots of samples on TLC could be well separated and the method had strong specificity. The average recovery of caffeine was 97.60% ( RSD = 0.92% ) and borneol was 102.37% ( RSD=1.57% ). CONCLUSION : The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Tankejing Powder.
