摘 要:介绍了新型航政艇的综合减振降噪设计技术:推进轴系选择柔性传动方式,主机组整体设计成半弹性隔振系统,在船体结构上粘贴阻尼钢板。采用振动舒适性标准评价航政艇的船体振动。实船测试结果表明,综合减振降噪措施显著地降低了船体结构振动和舱室噪声。研究成果对小型船舶的舒适性设计有重要的参考意义。The general design technology of vibration and noise reduction on new-type navigation administration boats is introduced. The marine propulsion shafting was selected to become the flexible drive mode. The diesel engine and the gear case as a whole were designed to become a semi-resilient mounting system. The damp material was used in the hull structure. The Personnel Vibration Com- fortably Criterion is adopted to evaluate the vibration of hull structure of the navigation administration boat. The result of experiment on the navigation administration boat is proved that the general design technology of vibration and noise reduction can remarkably reduce the hull structure vibration and the noise in cabin. Some useful conclusions are obtained and they are valuable to the design of the boat.
