生物表面活性剂产生菌的发酵条件优化及其产物性能研究

摘　　要：对筛选出的一株能产生表面活性剂的芽胞杆菌DF-10的发酵液进行薄板层析,表明所产表面活性剂的主要成分为糖脂.确定了菌株产生表面活性剂的最适发酵培养基组成和发酵条件,并对DF-10所产表面活性剂的表面活性、乳化性能、起泡性能及其抗硬水性进行了研究.结果表明,DF-10所产表面活性剂表面活性和起泡性好,并有较强的乳化能力和抗硬水能力.A strain of Bacillus sp. DF-10 with capability of generating biosurfactants was screened out from sludge and Lamella-Analysis results showed that glycolipid was the main ingredient for the biosurfactants. The optimal culture medium and fermentation conditions were determined and some properties of the biosurfactant such as the emulsification,the bubble-producing ability and the salt- resistant capability were studied. Results indicated that the biosurfactant has high surface activity, foaming ability,emulsify efficiency and hard-water-resisting property.
