摘　　要：通过对汽车转向器油缸和壳体零件的分析,设计了一台用夹具和人工操作相结合的简单压铆装置,代替昂贵的自动压铆机,成功应用在转向器整个装配生产线中。By means of analyzing the parts of automobile steering gear cylinder and it＇s housing, is designed to a simple rivet press, is designed to combine a fixture with manual operation to replace expensive automatic rivet press. This rivet press has been successfully used in the whole assembly line of steering gear.
