大城市中心区建筑物停车配建指标研究——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：伴随着我国城市机动化进程的加快,大城市中心区动静态交通正面临着前所未有的压力。根据国内外城市交通发展经验,对中心区实施交通需求管理势在必行。而停车需求管理是整个交通需求管理体系中的重要组成部分,特别是制定出与中心区路网容量相协调的建筑停车配建指标,将有助于中心区动静态交通的平衡发展,进而保障城市中心区的社会经济活力。With the speeding up of city mobilizing in our country, urban dynamic traffic and static traffic are facing unprecedented pressure. According to the other cities＇experience, traffic demand management is needed on downtown. Parking demand management is one of the important part of traffic demand management, especially establishing building＇s parking requirement harmony with capacity of downtown road network will make for keeping dynamic traffic and static traffic balance, and help to ensure the vigor of the society and economy in downtown.
