摘　　要：本文针对船员适任标准的发展,结合船公司对航海类专业人才的素质需求,从四个方面阐述了加强航海素质教育的途径。In light of the development of the seamen＇ s competence standards and in combination of the requirements on the qualification of the seamen on the part of the shipping industry, this article states on the feasible channels to reinforce the maritime qualification education.
