摘　　要：多肽在肿瘤基础研究和临床应用领域中有独特的作用.近年来随着后基因组学研究技术的迅速发展,不断有新的肿瘤多肽分子被发现,这些多肽分子将在肿瘤诊断和治疗中发挥重要的作用.就肿瘤诊断和治疗中研究较多的数个多肽进行简要综述.Peptides have particular effect in cancer basic and clinical research. Following the quick development of research technique in postgenome, more tumor peptides were detected. These peptides will play an important role in the diagnosis and therapy of cancer. The review discusses recent several peptides with more research in cancer diagnose and therapy.
