摘　　要：内部控制是高校进行有效管理的工具。面对高校迅速发展的新情况，内部控制工作必须得到加强。文章通过对高校内部控制存在的若干问题的分析，提出了强化高校内部控制的对策。Inside control is a tool of effective management of institution of high education. In face of the rapid development of the high education, inside control work must be reinforced. By analyzing the problems exist in the inside control of high institution, this paper offers some method to reinforce the inside control of institution of high education.
