摘　　要：高校的教学档案是记载和反映教学实践、教学研究、教学管理活动具有保存价值的教学文件材料,教学档案的建设管理是衡量一个高校教学管理水平和教育质量的重要指标之一。学校应重视加强对教学档案建设管理的领导和宣传,建立健全适合于自身的教学档案管理制度和工作规范,采用科学的管理理论、方法、手段建立与之相适应的组织机构,做好教学档案的建设管理工作,使其发挥应有的作用。The teaching file is valuable material that records and reflects teaching practice, teaching research and management activity. The management and establishment of teaching file is one of important indexes to assess management level and educational level at college. The college should pay attention to the management of teaching file, improve the management system and working criterion of teaching file, adopt scientific theory and means to better it.
