摘　　要：全面剖析了高等师范院校化学实验课程教学中存在的问题,从优化实验教学内容,改革实验教学手段,变革实验成绩考核办法,加强实验教学的师资力量等方面,探讨了如何培养学生的创新能力,全面推进素质教育。The questions existing in the chemical experiment teaching of the normal university have been analyzed in this paper, it also discussed how to cultivate the student＇s innovation ability and improve the student＇s comprehensive quality from the optimizing experimental teaching contents, reforming the experimental teaching means, transforming the experimental exam measure and strengthening the teachers＇ force in experiment teaching.
