摘 要:目的了解急性脑血管病病人血液一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化情况,探讨NO在急性脑血管病发生发展过程中的作用和意义。方法采用硝酸酶还原法分别测定25例脑梗死、31例脑出血和20例蛛网膜下腔出血病人入院3d内的NO含量。结果脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血和脑梗死病人血液NO含量均比正常对照组高(P<0.05);脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血病人血液NO含量又较脑梗死病人高(P<0.05)。结论急性脑血管病病人存在高水平的血液NO含量,脑血管病人NO水平与病情严重程度相关,NO可能参与了急性脑血管病的病理过程。Objective To explore the blood nitric oxide (NO) concentration in patients (pts) with acute cerebrovascular disorders, the function and significance of NO in the development of acute cerebrovascular disorders. Methods There were 25 pts with acute cerebral infarction (group A), 31 pts with acute cerebral hemorrhage (group B) and 15 pts with subarachnoid hemorrhage (group C). Blood NO concentration was measured at third day after onset of symptoms. Results The NO concentration in pts was higher than that in controls statistically (P〈0.05). The NO concentration in group 13 and group C were statistically higher than that in group A(P〈 0.05). The NO concentration in advanced disease pts was higher than that in slight disease pts in three groups, Conclusion There were lower blood NO level in pts with acute cerebrovascular disorders, and the NO concentration was correlated with the severity of the cerebrovascular disorders. The result suggested that NO mighe take part in pathologic process of acute cerebrovascular disorders.
