摘　　要：随着高等教育事业的不断发展及高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,学生公寓逐渐演变为学生生活、学习和思想、情感交流的基本空间及学校日常教育管理的重要场所。唯有审时度势,充分调动育人队伍的积极性,发挥公寓阵地作用,加强学生能力培养,探索以思想政治工作进学生公寓为主体的一系列工作新机制,才能真正使公寓成为学生全面发展、成长成才的有效载体。With the constant development of higher educational undertaking and deepening of socialized reform of university＇s logistics, student apartment develop into students＇ basic space of life, study, thought, and school＇s daily education place for management. Only by fully stimulating the enthusiasm of educating team, making good use of apartment, strengthening student＇s ability cultivation, and exploring a series of work mechanism focusing on ideological and political work to students＇ apartment, could really make the apartment become the effective carriers for students＇ all-round development.
