摘　　要：学习型农村的创建直接关系到农村小康社会和全面建设小康社会的实现。创建学习型农村是一项复杂的系统工程,树立终身学习理念、倡导教育关怀、创新农村教育管理体制是我国学习型农村创建的基本思路。The construction of study-type countryside has much to do with the solution of the problems of ＂Agrlculture-Countryside-Farmers＂ and the realization of well-off society in an all - round way. Constructing study - type countryside is a systematic project to , it is the basic outlet to establish the all-live study idea,advocate educational care and innovate rural education system.
