摘　　要：普通高校中术科教育有着自身的出发点和归宿及其征要。依托跨栏跑“罗斯法”教学的实验研究，阐释并提示适合普通高校术科教学特点的教育规律、目标及其价值。The teaching of skill and technique in general institutions of higher learning has its own startingpoint,destination and characteristics. According to the experimental research on Ross method in hurdlesteaching the educational laws,aims and values,suitab1e to the characteristics of skill and technique teachingin general institutions of higher learning were set forth and pointed out.
