摘　　要：推行学分制需要澄清学分制的内涵。学分制改革的核心是一种新的教学管理模式的确立,它是一种对学年制批判性、否定性实践的教学管理范式,体现了人自由全面发展的教育目的。要准确把握学分制的内涵、条件,在新建院校教学资源相对匮乏的条件下,稳妥而积极地推行学分制。The implement of credit system need to clear up the credit system connotation . The core of credit system reform is to establish a new mode of teaching management, which is a critical and negative practice mode of teaching management, reflecting the teaching purpose to promote human＇s free and comprehensive development. Under background of teaching resource short in newly established universities, to implement credit system must hold the connotation and condition of credit.
