论高校公共体育课课堂教学的设计

摘  要:大学体育课的目的是提高学生对体育活动的兴趣,掌握一至两项体育活动的技能,从而积极地参与体育活动、增强学生体质。而在完成教学目标的过程中,体育教师在安排体育课内容时应切合实际,从学生现状出发、从学生兴趣出发,合理安排课堂密度。在教学的实施手段上应注重以学生为主体、教师为指导者,课堂安排应精讲多练,注重实效性和可行性。The Universities' P. E. classes are aiming at improving students' interest on the activities and grasping one or two skills of the activities, so that the students can take part in the activities actively and their bodies will be built up. In the process of fulfilling the teaching aim, P. E. teachers should arrange the contents from practice, ie . the students' present conditions and interests to arrange the classes' densities . The measures of teaching ftrlfiUment need to put the students as main objects and teachers as directors. The arrangements need intensive teaching and more practicing with more attention on actual effect and feasibility.
