摘 要:本文观察了大鼠脑缺血及再灌流后右心耳心房肌细胞特殊颗粒超微结构变化,结果发现:脑缺血30min组肌细胞内特殊颗粒的分布密度较假手术组明显减小,分布区域由集中于核周变为散布于肌膜下,并于间质内出现裸颗粒.不同时程的再灌流组特殊颗粒的分布密度在24h内与缺血30min组无明显差异,以后随再灌流时间的延长而增高,至再灌流7d组增高最显著,但仍未达到假手术组密度.提示脑缺血及再灌流与心钠素的贮存部位——心房肌细胞特殊颗粒有密切关系.The Ultrastructural Changes of atrial specific granules in the right auricle cardiocytes in rat after cerebral ischemia and recirculation were studied. The results showed that; In ischemia for 30 min group, the distribution density of specific granules decreased significantly, the specific granules scattered beneath the sarcolemma comparing sham operation group which granules chiefly concentrated in the perinuclear area, the bare granules were found in intercellular connective tissue. At various recirculation times, the distribution density of granules was similar to that in ischemia group within 24 hours, and slightly increased along with the prolongation of recirculation time. Until the 7th day of the recirculation, the density of granules was most significally increased, but not restored up to the level in sham operation group. We found that cerebral ischemia may be related to the changes of the atrial specific granules.
