摘　　要：提出了一个基于知识异质性的知识冲突过程模型.知识冲突具有良性和恶性两种轨道,良性轨道可以激发知识的学习和创新,恶性轨道则会引起人际关系的紧张和团队凝聚力的下降.整个过程会受到冲突焦点的重要性、复杂性、组织的冲突惯例、当事人的彼此依赖程度和非正式交流频率等五个因素的影响.最后,结合浙江亚大集团进行了案例分析,并得出了有益的启示.It advances a model of knowledge conflict process based on knowledge heterogeneity. Knowledge conflict has two paths - benign and malignant. Benign path will evoke the knowledge learning and innovation, and another path will lead intense interpersonal relation and fall of team coherence. The whole process will be affected by the importance and complexity of the conflict, conflict routine, interdependence, and informal communication. At last, it introduces a case study about Zhejiang Yada Group.
