摘　　要：针对目前医学成人高等教育的现状,成教学院要结合本校实际,转变教育观念、制定具有成教特色的人才培养计划,改革教学内容和教学方法,建立完善的教学管理制度与运行机制,解决存在问题,提高教学质量。To counter the present state of adult higher medical teaching, the Institute of Adult Education should change teaching conception based on the objective reality in the school, make a specific plan in fostering students, reform teaching methods, establish better teaching management, solve the remaining problems in order to improve teaching quality.
