低温流场气流组织的数值分析

摘　　要：以速冻装置为研究对象对装置内部流场气流组织进行了模拟。发现了在不改变装置内部结构的前提下,在装置内部冻结区设置遮流板能有效节约能源、提高效率。The air distribution in the quick freezer was simulated numerically using the commercial software. The result show that adding a baffle plate in the frozen space can efficiently save energy and enhance efficiency under the precondition of no changing the inner structure.
