摘　　要：针对浙江沿海广大中小型雪菜加工企业的生产设备简易、易老化,故障经常发生的问题,利用PLC的高可靠,高抗干扰,经济和易维护的特点,对设备进行改进和研制是一个切实可行的办法。论述了雪菜加工中高温杀菌设备的改进方法,PLC的控制过程及软件的编写流程,介绍了使该设备可靠运行的一些具体抗干扰措施。有良好的市场推广应用价值。According to the situation of simple and older pickles machining equipments in many middle ＆ small pickles machining corporation in ZheJiang, it is feasible to use PLC which is high reliable and anti-jamming, economic and easy maintaining in the equipment. The improving way of high temperature sterilization equipment in pickles machining is introduced in the paper. The control process of PLC and software flow is given in the paper. The measurements of anti-jamming are introduced also. It has a good market value.
