摘  要:中国古代宴饮诗内容丰富、题材多样,既有反映礼乐精神的君臣上下的宴饮活动,也有反映同宗近族、亲朋好友之间的觥筹交错、宴饮欢聚。酒是宴饮诗的精神,宴饮诗以酒为媒,激发出诗人的灵感,在诗歌中融入浓郁深厚的感情。在翻译中国古代宴饮诗的时候,应根据诗歌意境,研究中西方的酒文化差异,使西方读者充分欣赏中国古代宴饮诗的精神。Ancient Chinese poems of wining and dining are rich in terms of contents and colorful in terms of themes. Poems of wining and dining describe the happy occasions of drinking and dining among the monarch and the ministers which revealing the solemn courtesy, and also among the relatives and close friends. Wine is core of the poems of wining and dining. Wine inspires the poets. In order to make western reader fully appreciate Chinese ancient poetry of wining and dining, translators should analyze poems and considers the wine cultural differences between China and western countries when translating those poems.
