摘 要:研究了植物生长调节剂比久对反应体系中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量、亚硝胺合成的影响.结果显示,比久浓度、反应时间和pH对反应体系中亚硝酸盐含量、亚硝胺合成的阻断有很重要的作用。当反应体系的pH在2~3的范围内,随着比久浓度增加,它对亚硝酸盐的清除、对亚硝胺合成的阻断逐渐增强,当pH=2,反应时间60min,比久浓度为200mg/L,反应体系中亚硝酸盐的含量下降了57.82%,亚硝胺合成的阻断率增加到61.54%;但当pH=2时,随着比久浓度的增加,它可产生硝酸盐,使其在反应体系中的含量增加。The concentration of daminozide, reaction time duration and pH were shown to have significant effects on the nitrate and nitrite contents and NDMA synthesis in the reaction system. Within a pH range of 2 - 3 in the reaction system, elimination of nitrites and inhibition of nitrosamine by daminozide increased with its concentration. Under the conditions of pH 2, reaction time 60 min and daminozide concentration 200 mg/L, nitrite content in the reaction system was reduced by 57.82% and inhibition rate for nitrosamine synthesis increased to 61.54%. However, with a pH of 2, nitrate synthesis and content in the system increased with daminozide concentration.
