摘 要:轧机扭振是轧钢过程中经常出现的问题,给设备和生产造成不良的影响。文章分析了轧机的数学模型,指出轧钢扰动是造成轧机扭振的原因。分析了内模控制原理,利用内模控制改造了轧机传动系统,设计了内模电流调节器,来抑制参数变化给系统造成的影响,设计内模速度调节器,来抑制扰动造成的轧机扭振。安阳炉卷轧机扭振现象严重,采用内模控制有效地抑制了轧机扭振。实践表明内模控制可以方便的应用于实际工程,可以有效地抑制轧机扭振。The torsional vibration often occurs during the rolling process, which will affect the condition of equipment and the production. The paper analyzes the mathematic model of the mill, points out that the reason causing the vibration is the rolling disturbance. The paper analyzes the Internal Model Control and applies the internal model control to rebuild the drive system of rolling mill. The IMC current controller can eliminate the influence when the parameter being changed. The IMC speed controller can control the vibration that caused by the disturbance. Anyang Iron and Steel Compans's rolling mill used to have a serious vibration and it is controlled by using the IMC. The experiment shows the IMC is effect for controlling the vibration of rolling mill and is easy to be used in engineering.
