父母教养方式干预对多动症儿童的影响

摘  要:目的探讨父母教养方式干预对多动症儿童的影响。方法将确诊为多动症的67例患儿随机分为干预组29例和对照组38例。对照组按常规实施健康宣教,干预组在此基础上对其父母教养方式进行干预,应用儿童行为量表进行行为问题评分并比较。结果两组患儿在躯体主诉、焦虑/抑郁、社交问题、思维问题、注意问题、违纪行为、攻击性行为以及行为问题总分等多方面比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用科学的教养方式因材施教,可使多动症患儿的不良行为得以纠正。Objective To study the influence of parent-education mode on children with attention deficit disorder. Methods Sixty-seven children diagnosed with children attention deficit disorder were randomly divided into the intervention group (29 cases) and the control group (38 cases). Patients in the control group underwent conventional health education, while as for patients in the intervention group, intervention on the education mode of the parents were added. Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) measuring scale was utilized to score the behavior problems and comparison of the scores were performed. Results The intervention group showed more improvements than that of the control group in chief complaints, anxiety/depression, social intercourse, thinking, attention, discipline, aggressive behavior and total behavior score. Statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference between the intervention group and the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions To teach children in accordance with their aptitude with scientific education mode could correct unhealthy behavior of children with children attention deficit disorder.
