摘　　要：奉天实业学堂的建立与发展折射出人们当时的教育意识和思维活动所表现出的价值取向,以及统治阶级的社会价值取向。只有社会价值和人的价值二者的对立统一,才能促进教育的和谐发展,进而推动社会的进步和国家的发展。The establishment and development of Fengtian Industrial School reflected people＇s educational consciousness, value orientation, and ,social value orientation of the ruling class at that time. Considers that, only the unity of opposites of social value and people＇ s value would promote the harmonious development of education, and then push forward the advancement of a society and the development of a country.
