高校体育教师自我效能与教学效能相关分析

摘　　要：新世纪的教育对教师的素质要求越来越高,不再局限于单一的教学领域,在科研、现代技术运用等方面也提出了进一步的要求。纵观国内有关教师自我效能方面的研究,将教师教学效能等同于教师自我效能,这是不全面的。本文结合高校体育工作的特点,重新编制了体育教师自我效能、教学效能问卷,对高校体育教师自我效能与教学效能之关系进行研究。结果表明教师自我效能各指标与教学效能各项存在着显著的正相关。The education of new century requires more and more competence of teacher, such as R＆D, modern technology application and so on, in addition to the field of teaching. As far as study on self-efficiency of teacher around the world is concerned, it is one-sided to equalize teaching efficiency to self-efficiency. Considering the characteristics of university sports, the article re-edited the questionnaire of self-efficiency, teaching efficiency of physical education teacher, in order to study the relationship between self-efficiency and teaching efficiency of physical education teacher in university. The results demonstrated the apparent relationship between indicators of self-efficiency and indicators of teaching efficiency.
