益脑胶囊对记忆巩固性障碍小鼠模型的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益脑胶囊对亚硝酸钠所致小鼠记忆巩固障碍模型的影响。方法将动物分为5组,分别灌服大、中、小剂量的益脑胶囊溶液、抗脑衰胶囊溶液及及同体积的生理盐水,每天给药1次,连续给药7d后,除正常对照组腹腔注射生理盐水外,其它各组注射亚硝酸钠,采取小鼠避暗法和跳台法检测学习记忆功能。结果与空白对照组相比,模型组小鼠首次出现错误的潜伏期显著缩短(P<0.05),5m in内错误次数显著增加(P<0.05),说明造亚硝酸钠记忆巩固障碍模型成功;与模型组比,大、中、小剂量益脑胶囊组均可显著或明显延长首次出现错误的潜伏期,减少5m in内小鼠出现的错误次数。结论益脑胶囊对亚硝酸钠所致的小鼠记忆障碍模型有一定的改善作用。Objective To observe the effect of Yinao capsules on learning - memory ability in model mice induced by sodium nitrite injection. Methods Animals were divided into 5 groups, large,middle, small- dose Yinao capsules groups, Kangnaoshuai capsules group, and saline group . Drugs were given successively to the animals for 7 days. Everyday the medication was given by one time. At the end of the experiment, every group was injected the sodium nitrite except the saline group assayed by dark evading method and step down method. Results Compared with blank control group,the latent phase for model mice in learning tests obviously shorten and the error times in 5minuts were obviously increased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. That mean the establishment of models are very successful. Compared with model group the large,middle, small - dose Yinao capsules groups could obviously prolong the latent phase for model mice in learning tests and decrease the error times in 5minuts. Conclusion The Yinao capsules effectivcly improves learning - memory ability in model mice induced by sodium nitrite injection.
