摘　　要：通过对左宗棠、熊希龄、王先谦等湖湘士人的实业教育实践的总结,从教育管理思想的全新视觉,采用以详实的材料为依据的研究方法,探析了他们在实业教育实践中所体现的管理理念、管理目标、管理制度方面的改革的特征与局限。在湖湘士人的教育管理思想指导下,实业教育蓬勃发展,为近代中国培养了大批经国济世人才。Through the summation of the practice of education of industry and commerce by such Hunan old scholars as Zuo Zongtang, Xiong xiling, Wang xiqian etc. this article probes into their reforms of the education of industry and commerce such as in the management ideas, management objectives and management rules from the perspective of management thought. The way of research is to use full and accurate material as basis. Under the guidance of education management thought of the Hunan old scholars the professional education developed vigorously and cultivated large numbers of country management personnel.
