摘　　要：本研究在系统分析我国农村劳动力培训体系现存缺陷的基础上,提出构建以受训者为中心,以法律、基地、投入、测评、信息体系及其职业技能鉴定、师资考评制度等组成的我国新型农村劳动力培训体系的修正方案,目的是增强农民运用现代科学技术和先进管理知识在农业或非农领域从业、就业、创业和转移致富的能力,培养一代具有高素质的社会主义新农村建设者。Based on the analysis of the limitations existence in the rural labor training system, the amendable project of the new typical rural labor training system is put forward, which consists of some institution of laws, bases, inputs, measures and appraises, information system, appraisal of occupation skill and personal qualified to teachers. In this way, it can come to cultivate the new high stuff generation to construct the new type rural area and to strengthen the farmers＇ ability in their seeking, taking or transferring their works by using the modem scientific technology and advanced management knowledge.
