摘 要:学习动机是直接推动学生去学习以满足其学习需要的心理倾向。许多心理学家认为,学习动机的核心是成就动机。学生的成就动机主要有认知的内驱力,自我提高的内驱力,附属的内驱力3种类型。学生的自我有效感由学习价值有效感和个人能力有效感组成。自我有效感既制约学习动机,又制约学习结果。它能使学生自觉地调节和控制自己的学习努力程度;使学生发展平衡的控制结构;使学生掌握必要的学习策略,把学生的自我有效感和学习动机联系起来,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。It is psychological tendency for study motive to promote directly student studying to meet their needs in study. Many psychologists think that nucleus of study motive is achievement motive. Student's achievement motive includes internal stress of cognitive, oneself raise and subsidiary. Student' s sense of oneself effective consists of study value and person ability effective. Sense of oneself effective restricts study motive and result. It makes student conscientiously regulate and control try hard level of oneself study, develop balance control structure and grasp necessary study tactics. It has important theoretical and practice meaning for sense of oneself effective and study motive to be contacted.
