摘　　要：本文给出了初等g—循环矩阵的新概念,研究了它们的性质并且给出了仅用参数g(整数)和初等g—循环矩阵的元素本身就可做出判断其非异性的五种方法.In this paper,we give new concepts of elementary g-circulant matrices, we give some properties of this new circulant matrices and give five discriminations of only utilizing parametric g and elements of elementary g-circulant matrices on nonsin-Kularity.
