摘　　要：研究表明,子实体中As、Hg、Pb、cd 4种重金属的浓度随着添加水平升高而增大,但是富集系数逐渐降低。通过对培养料中重金属添加浓度与子实体含量的回归分析发现二者的线性相关关系显著。按照国家标准中As、Hg、Pb、cd的最高允许含量确定真姬菇的培养料中As、Hg、Pb、Cd的安全限量值应不高于5.0、1.0、3.5、1.0mg/kg。The results showed： the added level of heavy metals in the substrate raised, the concentration of heavy metals （As, Hg, Pb, Cd） in the fruitbodies increased, but the BCF decreased. Finally, the regression equation on concentration of heavy metals in the substrate and the contents of fruitbodies discoveried that the linearity was ratherly prominence. In accordance with the max imum limits of As. Hg. Pb. Cd in the state criterion , confirmed that the safe limits of As, Hg, Pb. Cd in the substrate of Hypsizygus marmoreu was lower 5.0,1.0,3.5,1.0mg/kg respectively.
