PLC在鸭蛋品质无损自动检测分级系统中的应用

摘　　要：运用三菱FX2N-48MR型PLC,根据分级要求,采用定时单位为100ms的定时器设计了20通道的独立延时系统。利用RS485/232转换器,依据FX2N系列串行总线通讯协议,实现了PC机与PLC间的通讯,继而实现了鸭蛋品质无损检测后的自动分级功能。目前,此系统在仙桃市食品总公司得到了应用,并取得了较好的效果。Using the PLC of FX2N-48MR, we have designed 20 independent tunnels time-delaying system through lOOms unit timers according to the system request. By the transfer of RS485/232 and the series bus communication protocol the communication between PC and PLC has been realized which satisfies the duck egg quality＇s nondestructive detection ＆ automatic classification function. Now the system has been applied in the Food Corporation of Xiantao and obtained the good result.
