摘 要:高校人才队伍建设应抓住关键环节,用制度创新建立合理的量化考核指标体系。通过有效地建立人才激励机制,使校外引进与校内培养人才都能全力和谐地投入到学校的建设和发展中。本文将探究高校的人才队伍建设的内在规律,构建高校人才评价指标体系,以期对高校的人才队伍建设提供一些有益的借鉴。The construction of the intellectuals team in colleges and universities should establish a scientific strategy according to different conditions,and find proper quantizing assessment system by policy innovation. Through effectively setting intellectuals incentive policy, persons with ability introduced from outside and cultivated inside will devote harmoniously to the construction and the development of the school with full energy. The paper will study the inside regulation of the intellectuals team's construction in colleges and universities, and form intellectuals evaluation system, so as to provide some beneficial information for reference.
