摘　　要：雷达图像存储模块是船舶航行数据记录仪(VDR)的关键组成部分之一。此文根据船舶航行特点和船舶避碰原理,研究了基于JPEG2000的雷达图像感兴趣区域(ROI)编码方法,这种方法在保证了图像重点区域无损压缩的基础上,对图像其他区域实行高比例压缩。试验表明:该方法对VDR中雷达图像压缩具有良好的效果。The module of Radar image compression is one of the key part in VDR. Considering the condition of steer characteristic and collision avoidance principle, this paper studies the method of ROI coding based on JPEG2000 to do the given Radar image compression. The experiment results show that this method has a good performance for the Radar image compression in VDR.Comparing with the conventional method it increases the compression rate obviously, decreases store space and have important applied value.
