摘　　要：从青年大学生全面发展的需要出发,论述了新世纪加强青年大学生人文教育的重要性。强调加强大学生人文教育是适应世界各国在人才方面竞争的需要,是现代信息技术发展和高等教育改革发展的需要。Based on the importance of human and culture education for young stresses its significance in the new era. Strengthening human culture education college students, this paper for young college students is necessary for success in the competition of world talents and is essential for meeting the development of modern information technology and higher education reform.
