摘　　要：简述了成人高校网上报名和网上考务管理的系统功能和实施过程。提出了网上报名是推动报名考试管理变革和流程创新的有效手段,认为要彻底实现网上报名,需要建立信息的资源共享机制,建立相应的组织机构,完善身份认证制度,建立健全电子信息安全的机构和法律、法规体系,最后展望了成人高校招生网上报名的发展前景。This paper outlines adult students＇ online application for colleges and universities and online test management system＇s functions and the implementation process. Online application is effective promotion for management of examination of change and innovation. Online enrollment should be based on information share mechanism. Corresponding institutions should be established. Authentication system should be improved. Sound institutions and electronic information security laws and regulations should be established. The prospect of development is predicted.
