摘  要:现代人文主义成人教育思想主张以学生为中心,教师是学习的促进者,学习活动是个人的主观努力,小组学习是成人重要的协作形式,符合“以人为本,科学发展”要求。现代人文主义成人教育思想对于解决当前成人高等教育招生制度、课程设置、教学模式、师生关系等问题具有重要的借鉴意义。The viewpoints of the modern humanism adult education thought, such as taking students as the center, teachers being the promoter of learning, the learning activity being individual subjective endeavor, the group study being adults'important forms of cooperation and so on, conform to adult learning's characteristic, and conform to the people - based thought and the concept of scientific development. In current adult higher education there are some problems such as the recruitment system, the setup of curriculum, the teaching patterns and the teacher - student relationship. These viewpoints mentioned above can provide important use of reference, and it's worth studying.
