摘 要:在电液位置伺服控制技术中,大多采用电液伺服阀控制液压缸位置,其缺点是能耗大、效率低。为此设计了一种通过数字泵直接控制液压缸位置的模糊控制器,该控制器的设计目标是在实现液压缸的精确位置伺服控制的同时追求节能降耗。In the technology of hydraulic position servo control,hydraulic cylinder position servo control is mainly finished by the electro-hydraulic servo valve ,which has its disadvantages such as large energy consumption and low efficiency. The paper describes the design of a fuzzy controller based on the hydraulic cylinder position controlled directly by digital pump. The controller pursues high efficiency and low energy consumption, under the condition that it has finished the precise control of hydraulic cylinder position.
