英国的成人职业培训改革

摘　　要：虽然英国的经济呈增长势头,但与主要发达国家的差距还较明显,主要原因是其劳动者的技能水平较低,存在技能短缺的问题。为解决技能短缺问题,20世纪90年代以来英国政府在改革成人职业培训、提高成人技能水平方面采取了一系列有力措施,并取得了成效。Although UK has been well placed to move towards its economic growth, its productivity gap with the best performing countries has hardly diminished. It stems mainly from weaker level of productivity of its labor force. To respond to the challenge of the skills gap, British government has taken vigorous measures to reform the adult training and improve the skills level of low-skilled adults since 1990s and has achieved some effective results.
