摘　　要：生物力学方面 过栏的顺序 由于短距离跨栏跑使用较高的栏架，这就对技术提出了更高的要求，因此可以作为过栏技术的规格范例。Technique Biomechanical Aspects Hurdle Clearance Sequence As the higher hurdles used in the sprint hurdle races are more technically demanding, the requirements for their clearance are used as the model for the discussions of technique which follow.
