气相色谱-质谱法同时测定猪肝中盐酸克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺残留

摘　　要：猪肝用乙酸乙酯、盐酸溶液提取后，经SCX固相萃取柱净化、BSTFA衍生化，定容后用气相色谱-质谱（GC／MS）外标法测定。测定结果表明：采用该方法，猪肝中盐酸克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺的检出限分别为0．3、1．0ng／g。盐酸克伦特罗在3．0～300ng／mL范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为85．6％；莱克多巴胺在10～1000ng／mL范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为76．6％。该方法简便可靠、干扰小、灵敏度高，可用作猪肝中克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺残留的同时测定。Extracted with ethyl acetate and hydrochloric acid solution, the samples of swine livers were cleaned by SCX SPE columns, derived by BSTFA and dissolved, detected by GC/MS and external standard method. The limit of quantitation （LOQ） of clenbuterol hydrochloride and ractopamine in swine livers was 0.3, 1.0 ng/g respectively. The linearity of clenbuterol hydrochloride was within the range of 3.0～300 ng/mL, and the average recovery rate was 85.6%. The linearity of ractopamine was within the range of 10～1 000 ng/mL, and the average recovery rate was 76.6%. The method was convenient, reliable ,sensitive and little interfered, so it could be used for the simultaneous determination of clenbuterol and ractopamine residues in swine liver.
