摘  要:适应社会需求是高职园艺专业人才培养模式改革的最终目标。高职园艺专业人才培养模式改革必须解决好四大问题:课程设置的目标取向、课程设置的内容取向、课程设置的结构取向及课程实施的途径取向。我们经过实践探索,高职园艺专业人才培养模式改革的初步成果是:构建以就业为导向、能力为核心的人才培养方案,建立一批功能较全的产学研一体化专业实训基地,加强保障人才培养新模式顺利实施的配套制度建设,高职园艺专业办学规模不断扩大、办学实力稳步增强,以就业为导向、产学研一体化的高职园艺专业人才培养新模式已初步建立。The ultimate goal of reform on talents training pattern of gardening specialty in higher vocational education is to adapt social demands. Four problems should be settled, namely goal orientation of curriculum, its content orientation, its structure orientation and its implementing approach orientation. After practical exploration, elementary achievements of the reform include constructing of employment - oriented and competence - cored talents training plan, establishment of a set of specialized training bases with complete functions and integration of production, learning and research and building of supporting systems in strengthening guarantee of successful application of new talents training pattern. As a result, the scale is growing, the strength is boosting up and the new employment - oriented pattern with integration of production, learning and research has take shape.
