摘　　要：人性论是管理思想体系的逻辑前提。中国先秦诸子所持的“人性可塑论”、“人性自然论”、“人性好利论”,分别是他们相应的管理思想———“仁政礼治”、“无为而治”、“以法治国”管理思想的基本前提。“经济人→社会人→自我实现人→复杂人”的人性假设变动轨迹决定了西方管理思想从“古典管理理论阶段→行为科学管理理论阶段→现当代管理理论阶段”的流变历程。Humanity theory is the logical basis to develop the theoretical system of management. During the pre-Qin times in China, various schools of humanity theories were the basis of their thoughts of administration. ＂Rational-Economic Man→ Social Man→Self-Actualizing Man→Complex Man＂ fundamentally ran through the evolvement of the management theories in the West.
