摘　　要：广义上的依恋包括亲子依恋、同伴依恋和成人依恋。依恋关系的发展表现出了稳定性，但早期的依恋不能决定其后的同伴依恋和成人依恋。依恋与人的身心健康有着非常密切的关系。有关依恋的临床应用的论述和实证研究为心理咨询提供了参考。In a broad sense, attachment includes parental attachment, peer attachment and adult attachment. The development of attachment is stable, but earlier attachment cannot determine peer attachment and adult attachment to follow. Attachment is closely related to physical and psychological well-belng. The application of attachment theory in clinical work and research provides implications in psychological counseling.
