摘　　要：学分制是教育事业新兴发展起来的教学管理制度，它适应了新形势的变化和要求，具有培养创新人才的优点。本文介绍了在成绩管理工作中，为适应和发挥学分制管理制度的优点所采取的具体措施。The credit system is a newly-developed teaching management system in education and has met the changes and needs of the new situation. It facilitates the cultivation of innovative talents. The paper introduces concrete measures adopted to give full play to the merits of the credit system management.
